BACK OF HOUSE

LINE COOK
Tuesday-Sunday evenings, FT/PT available

Ideal candidate can be a part of a professional team in our kitchen, ensure kitchen is prepared for service, manage prep/opening/breakdown procedures, follow DHEC health and safety guidelines, and execute all menu items successfully. Communicate closely with Executive Chef regarding menu changes, expectations, and efficient execution of prep, service, and breakdown. The successful candidate will employ their culinary skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction and BOH operations.

FRONT OF HOUSE

SERVER
Tuesday - Sunday Evenings, FT/PT Available

Demonstrates full knowledge of the Edison dinner menu, ingredients and preparation of each dish. Able to assist guests in all aspects of table service, answering questions regarding menu, dietary restrictions and modifications. Demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude, with the ability to multi-task and work as a team player.  Beer and wine knowledge is essential in this position, in order to make pairing recommendations. Two years FOH experience strongly preferred.

PREP COOK/DISHWASHER
Tuesday-Sunday evenings, FT/PT available

Ideal candidate can be a part of a professional team in our kitchen, ensure all ingredients are prepped and stocked  for service, maintain clean workspace during dinner service, follow DHEC health and safety guidelines, wash and sanitize dishes/glassware/pots and pans, and efficiently prep ingredients per Chef's directive as needed. The successful candidate will employ their culinary skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction and BOH operations.

EXPO/FOOD RUNNER
Tuesday-Sunday evenings, FT/PT available

Duties and Expectations: prep and stock expo area in kitchen prior to service. During dinner service, finish individual dishes as needed and deliver dishes from kitchen to guests. Knowledge of menu items, table numbers and seat numbers essential. Communicate closely with Chef on duty and other staff to ensure efficient service and delivery of dishes.
