LEAD LINE COOK
Wednesday - Saturday Evenings, Sunday Brunch & Dinner

Ideal candidate can be a part of a professional team in our kitchen, ensure kitchen is prepared for service, manage prep/opening/breakdown procedures, follow DHEC health and safety guidelines, and execute all menu items successfully. Communicate closely with Executive Chef regarding menu development, ordering, and daily management of kitchen team. The successful candidate will employ their culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction and BOH operations.

FRONT OF HOUSE

SERVER
Wednesday - Sunday Evenings

Demonstrates full knowledge of the Edison dinner menu, ingredients and preparation of each dish. Able to assist guests in all aspects of table service, answering questions regarding menu, dietary restrictions and modifications. Demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude, with the ability to multi-task and work as a team player.  Beer and wine knowledge is essential in this position, in order to make pairing recommendations. Two years FOH experience strongly preferred.
